Superintendent

Dr. Lucas Clouse was commissioned as Superintendent for the West Perry School District on July 1, 2026.

Dr. Clouse is a 1993 graduate of West Perry High School. He earned a Bachelor of Elementary Education from Penn State, a Master of Education from Shippensburg University, and a Doctor of Education from Immaculata University.

Dr. Clouse taught Kindergarten, 2nd, and 3rd grade in the Mechanicsburg Area School District before returning to West Perry to be Principal at Blain Elementary (2007-2011). He additionally served the district as principal of Carroll Elementary (2011-2014) and New Bloomfield Elementary School (2014-2022) and as the Communication and Compliance Administrator (2022-2026).

 Dr. Clouse lives in Centre Township and is excited to serve the West Perry School District community as Superintendent.
