The Facilities Department strives to provide efficient and effective operation and stewardship of West Perry School District's facilities and grounds. Our team goal is to provide customer satisfaction by recognizing and meeting the needs of various district departments, providing a safe and comfortable environment for staff and students, while maintaining fiscal responsibility, in accordance with the policies and procedures of the West Perry School District.

The Facilities Department is responsible for:

  • Professional Facilities Management of the West Perry School District's buildings and grounds.

  • Efficient operation of all environmental systems, including custodial services, waste removal,  snow removal & grounds maintenance.

  • Operation of building heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, environmental control systems, energy management systems.

Facilities Management continues to implement energy conservation initiatives and projects to reduce utility costs of district owned buildings, upgrade infrastructure, improve space conditions, minimize impact on the environment and contribute towards sustainable facilities.

Facilities Usage

The West Perry School District Buildings and fields are available for use by students, staff and the community. Priority is given to District events. Specific board policy outlines the use of facilities.  If you are interested in a specific building, please contact the building secretary.  If you are interested in using District fields, please contact our Maintenance Supervisor.
