School Improvement Plan

School Improvement Plan
planning checklistIn November 2018, West Perry High School was identified by the Department of Education as an A-TSI school. Additional Targeted Support and Improvement (A-TSI) status is granted when one or more student groups falls below the thresholds in at least three designated performance categories. WPHS was designated as such for the students with disabilities subgroup in measures of growth and proficiency on Keystone Exams in Math and English Language Arts, and for graduation and attendance rates.

As an A-TSI school, the leadership team surveyed parents, teachers, students, and convened a series of stakeholder meetings in order to develop an appropriate School Improvement Plan.

This plan is now available for the public to review, prior to adoption at the June 10, 2019 School Board meeting.

If you have questions or comments about the plan, please contact Mr. Rahn, Principal of West Perry Senior High School via email at crahn@westperry.org, or by calling the high school at 717-789-3931.
