CPRS Physical Therapy is happy to announce that they are now offering a summer sports performance program. This program has been put together by their Licensed Athletic Training Staff and will include: Dynamic Warm-up, Flexibility, Speed and Agility Training, as well as Strength Training in the Weight Room. Nate Nester, West Perry’s Licensed Athletic Trainer, will be running the programs. He has experience coaching sports performance programs for Messiah College, Dickinson College, and various other high school and collegiate athletes. 


The Goals for this program are: 

  • Improved Dynamic Strength

  • Improved Core Stability

  • Increased Foot Speed

  • Flexibility

  • Injury Prevention

  • Team Building


The program will be run at West Perry High School and will occur rain or shine as we have access to indoor facilities if there is inclement weather. The program is designed to meet twice a week for 8 weeks; starting the week of June 8 and ending on July 30. The cost for this program is $95 and is due prior to the start date. *The tentative session times will be Monday/Wednesday evening from 5:00-6:30pm OR Tuesday/Thursday morning from 9:00-10:30am. Please indicate which session you would prefer to attend as space is limited to the first 25 people. If there is enough interest, we can offer more times. All final dates and times will be provided prior to the beginning of the program.
